GOBOLAND CMYK gobos are made by separating the image in 4 colors: cyan, magenta, yellow and aluminium for the black layer.

Primary colors (red, blue, green) are solid colors, as they are a combination of the CMY layers, all other colors or shades are mixed by dithering the separate layers.

This results in an image with a dotted pattern, the biggest difference with color gobos made in spot colors, but most colors can be made, including shades.

GOBOLAND CMYK gobos are made on thin borosilicate glass, to allow accurate focusing of the colors.

Most popular gobo sizes are glued in a black anodized aluminium bezel to make them more durable.

In addition to full color logos, GOBOLAND can even reproduce photographs as CMYK gobos.
