SLIDE PROJECTOR FILMS
GOBOLAND offers the full range of services required for a successful projection project. From consultation at the concept stage, through to the supply of finished slides, GOBOLAND consultants have over twenty years experience of prestigious shows such as the Royal National Theatre’s His Dark Materials, Don Giovanni at the Royal Opera House and the current, award-wining stage production of Mary Poppins.
In-house facilities include a range of large format cameras as well as a digital film recorder. This enables any artwork whether electronic (tiffs, jpegs), flat copy (books, prints) or even location shots to be transferred at the highest resolution onto the transparency film required for quality projection.
GOBOLAND can also originate artwork both digitally or via traditional photographic techniques.
Final output can be any format from 35mm slides through 70mm and 5”X 4” to 18cm X 18cm and 24cm X 24cm for the largest PANI projectors.
Slides for the higher powered projectors are hand printed onto CIBACHROME material as this will remain fade-free longer than any other full colour film stock. DURACLEAR film scrolls can be produced for projectors using scrollers such as those manufactured by PIGI, GRIVEN and STARK.
Black and white film scrolls can also be produced in all sizes for use as dimming scrolls on video projectors. GOBOLAND’s in-house facility also means tight turn around times are possible and quality control consistent.
